The contemporary Shopping mall is an effort to associate with each building type, an architectural identity, style and elements and thus indirectly improve the image ability of the environs. the mall was designed for a syndicate of businessmen to house a variety of shopping activities and thus provide an economic base for the locality. Aside from commercial shops, supermarkets, the complex also houses a large food court, a cinema and administrative offices. Its interior embellishment is characterized by open, spacious lobbies leading to various interior spaces. Glass was widely used as the partition elements to ensure that spaces see through themselves. Aside from the use of Natural lighting and ventilation elements, the design also integrates the modern HVAC system as practised in most part of the world to ensure that the thermal comfort of its users is always met.
The 3 storey Symmetrical building is largely characterized on its exterior facades by the use of Aluminium composite bonds (Alluco bond),mass glassing, steel elements and is unique roofing style as is the case of most urban contemporary designs
